... so this is the piece i created for the Distorted Disney show.. was super fun and indulgent :)

actually i showed the piece below.. where i omitted one little detail..  wasn't sure if i was ready to take it there.. lol.

..i more so... contorted.. than distorted..  but i knew from the beginning that i wanted to create a piece that was literally twisted, but figuratively open.

... ironically i was inspired to draw this instead of sleep.

work has been runnin' me ragged this past month.. i've been working at turbo and there seems to be no sign of reprieve any time in the near future. i'm not a fan of compromising my personal life for work... which lately has been pretty wonderful... therefore i sacrifice sleep.

*sigh*
